建炎元年秋七月己丑朔，温州观察使、枢宻院都承㫖王为河东经制使，通直郎、直秘阁傅亮为副使。　诏诸路常平司见在金银并起发赴行在。　龙图阁学士、提举鸿庆宫兼侍读耿延禧知宣州。延禧与李纲不协，自京城使还，以父老乞去，故有是命。　朝请郎李积中知襄阳府，奉直大夫赵岍知平江府，朝请郎周杞知常州。积中，南昌人，宣和未为宗正少卿，坐元佑党送吏部，至是再用之。岍，髙宻人也。
