13  | 壬寅，诏：遣官具舟奉迎太庙神主赴扬州就命徽猷阁待制、从卫提举一行事务孟忠厚干办礼仪公事，合用礼器，随宜充代。荐新物令本州酌量应付」。 直秘阁、河北西路招抚司谋官王圭升招抚判官，代张所也。于是所落直龙图阁，岭南安置，死贬所。 新除左司员外郎辛炳守朝奉大夫致仕，从所请也。 起居舍人卫肤敏言：「今二圣北狩，銮舆未复，寰宇痛心，况陛下抱父兄之念，为何如哉？惟陛下至诚克己，处心积虑，不忘报雪之志，处堂陛则思二圣乖温凊之宜，御饮食则思二圣，失膳羞之莭念，土地有所未复，念人民有所未安，日慎一日，深自贬损，卑宫室，菲饮食，恶衣服，减嫔御之数，斥声乐之奉，以至嵗时上夀，春秋赐燕，一切罢之，虽享郊庙，亦不用乐，必俟奉迎二圣，归复宫庭，然后修礼之常，庶几孝悌之诚，上有以格天下，有以感人，人心得而天意孚，则我之所向，无有不遂矣！ |
