6  | 乙亥，观文殿学士朱胜非始被江州路安抚大使之命，时统制官张忠彦将所部在吉州前一日，执政奏除忠彦江州路兵马副钤辖，令受胜非节制，上曰：「胜非当苖刘之变，不为无功」。范宗尹曰：「胜非能使二凶不疑，以待勤王之师」。议者或称其有谋，上曰：「是时惟胜非郑㲄敢与之抗，顔岐虽好士人，亦懦怯不能有为。胜非行至桂阳监，始被命上䟽言：自桂阳至江州四十馀程，措置不及，臣之孤迹，独被圣知，前后大臣并无交党，今赴任则败事辞免，即有避事之嫌，进退狼狈，皆当诛责。臣谨体此意，抗章请罪，乞就近别差官」。诏不许。 |
