初，金人同抚谕使臣赍诏至南京取金帛，权府事、直龙图阁、东道副总管汝阳朱胜非疑不与，复遣使臣入京审其故，丁酉，诏守臣根括供纳，凡得金百两、银帛三万九千匹两，尽予之。勅：应天府守臣等忽览来奏，知抚谕诏书已到，又知南京蒙大金存全，更不攻城，喜极出涕，所湏金银匹帛，当极力应副一匹一两，不可存留，可根括系官及官吏民庻之家，尽数借纳，以谢恩德。京城见今收拾犒军，务在罄竭，已降诏书，朕茍可以报大金者，虽肤髪不惜，亦可以此意晓谕官吏民庻，勿更执迷，恐误大事，故兹示谕，想宜知悉春寒，汝等比各安好」。遣书指不多及。戊戌，何㮚使军前，乞减金银表段之数，左副元帅宗维不从，于是令御史台置籍，自宰执以下，未纳金银人，指名督索，不以官职高下，例加械掠，人不聊生。己亥，车驾诣延福宫，以将出郊也。　尚书吏部侍郎李若水兼权开封尹。
