10  | 壬申，升扬州天长县为军，以其近行在也。丁丑，侍御史王賔试右谏议大夫。 诏东南诸州县所桩私茶、盐、矾赏钱，每处各以千缗计纲赴行在，用都省请也。户部言：「诸路所収民间助国钱，乞令计置轻賫赴行在。从之。诏「自今获到强盗罪至死，情理巨蠧者，更不申提刑司详覆，令本州一面依法处断，俟盗贼衰息日仍旧」。初，太祖少子秦康惠王生英国公惟宪，惟宪生新兴侯从郁，从郁生华隂侯世将，世将生东头供奉官令譮。令，譮生子。偁中进士第，至是为嘉兴丞。一夕，其妻张氏梦神人自称崔府君，拥一羊谓之曰：「以此为识」。已而有娠。戊寅，生子伯琮。是夕，赤光满室，如日正中，或闻庭下马嘶剑甲之声。 |
