17  | 甲午，诏：「福建路招募枪仗手已行住罢，今后非被受朝㫖，輙敢拨诸司钱物，及以劝诱为名，抑勒民间出钱者，并不得施行，仍具职位姓名，申尚书省」。以本路常平司言，自鲍贻逊等起发军兵，凡用本司钱米银五十二万贯、石两，他司钱不与，公然隠落㑹问，不报，故条约之。乙未，同知枢宻院事张慤守尚书左丞、兼御营副使兼提举户部财用，工部尚书顔岐同知枢宻院事。 初河北招抚司都统制王彦聚兵西山，常虑粮储不继，一日，尽发军士运粟，㑹有亡告金人者，金乗虚击之，衆稍却，彦大呼，鼔勇士卒皆奋，且以强弩飞石齐发，金人乃退，遂围之，絶彦馈运者旬馀，彦檄召诸寨兵大至，围乃解。丙申，曲赦南京宿亳泗楚扬州、髙邮军以上廵幸所尝过也。 |
