秋七月乙卯，何澹罢。丁巳，以旱，复祷于天地、宗庙、社稷。壬戌，释大理、三衙、临安府及诸路阙雨州县杖以下囚。癸亥，雨雹。甲子，以陈自强参知政事兼同知枢密院事，张釜签书枢密院事。丁卯，复振被火贫民。己巳，以吴曦为兴州都统制兼知兴州。

八月己卯，减奏荐恩。甲申，张釜罢，以陈自强兼知枢密院事，给事中张岩参知政事，右谏议大夫程松同知枢密院事。丙戌，复诏侍从、台谏、两省集议沿江八州行铁钱利害。
