冬十月戊午太常少卿度正国史院编修官李心传各疏言:宗庙之制,未合于古,兹缘灾异,宜举行之。诏两省、侍从、台谏集议以闻。甲子,以馀天锡为户部侍郎知临安府、浙西安抚使癸酉,大元兵破蜀口诸郡,御前中军统制张宣战青野原有功,诏授沔州都统戊寅,以李□为焕章阁直学士四川制置使知成都府赵彦直龙图阁四川安抚制置副使知兴元府利路安抚使安癸仲户部郎中总领四川财赋

理宗绍定四年九月丙戌,京师大火,延及太庙。太常少卿度正言:「伏见近世大儒侍讲朱熹详考古礼,尚论宗庙之制,画而为图,其说甚备。然其为制,务效于古而颇更本朝之制,故学士大夫皆有异论,遂不能行。今天降灾异,火发民家,延及宗庙,举而行之,莫此时为宜。臣于向来备闻其说,今备员礼寺,适当此变,若遂隐默,则为有负,谨为二说以献。其一,纯用朱熹之说,谓本朝庙制未合于古,因画为图,谓僖祖如周后稷,当为本朝始祖。夫尊僖祖以为始祖,是乃顺太祖皇帝之孝心也。始祖之庙居于中,左昭右穆各为一庙,门皆南向,位皆东向。祧庙之主藏于始祖之庙夹室,昭常为昭,穆常为穆,自不相乱。三年合食,则并出祧庙之主,合享于始祖之庙。始祖东向,群昭之主皆位北而南向,群穆之主皆位南而北向。昭穆既分,尊卑以定。其说合于古而宜于今,尽美尽善。举而行之,祖宗在天之灵必歆享于此,而垂佑于无穷也。其一说,则因本朝之制,而参以朱熹之说。盖本朝庙制,神宗尝命礼官陆佃讨论,欲复古制,未及施行。渡江以来,稽古礼文之事,多所未暇。今欲骤行更革,恐未足以成其事,而徒为纷纷。或且仍遵本朝之制,自西徂东,并为一列。惟于每室之后,量展一间,以藏祧庙之主。每室之前,量展二间,遇三年袷享,则以帷幄幕之,通为一室,尽出诸庙主及祧庙主并为一列,合食其上。前乎此庙为一室,凡遇袷享,合祭于其室,名为袷享,而实未尝合。今量展此三间,后有藏祧主之所,前有祖宗合食之地,于本朝之制,初无大段更革,而颇已得三年大袷之义。今来朝廷若能举行朱熹前议,固无以加;如其不然,姑从后说,亦为允当,不失礼意。然宗庙之礼,傥无其故,何敢妄议?今因大火之后,若加损益,亦惟其时,乞赐详议。」有旨,令侍从、礼部、太常集议,后竟不行。

度正,字周卿,合州人。绍熙元年进士。历官为国子监丞。时士大夫无贤愚,皆策李全必反而不敢言,正独上疏极言之,且献毙全之策有三,其言鲠亮激切。

论曰:读《本政书》,然后知林勋之于井地,可谓密矣。刘才邵能全名节于权奸之时。许忻之论和议,最为忠恳,卒以是去国,尤足悲夫。应孟明曾三聘之不污韩侂胄,孔子所谓「岁寒然后知松柏之后凋也」。徐侨之清节,度正之淳敏,牛大年之廉正,陈仲微之忠实,然皆不至于大用,非可惜哉!若乃程珌之窃取富贵,梁成大李知孝史弥远鹰犬,遗臭万年者也。
