5  | 夏四月丙寅，初御紫宸殿。辛未，蠲元丰六年以前逋赋。甲戌，加李乾德同中书门下平章事，董毡检校太尉。诏曰：「先皇帝临御十有九年，建立政事以泽天下，而有司奉行失当，几于烦扰，或茍且文具，不能布宣实惠。其申谕中外，协心奉令，以称先帝惠安元元之意。」乙亥，诏以太皇太后生日为坤成节。丁丑，召吕公著侍读。谕枢密、中书通议事都堂。诏遵先帝制，遣官察举诸路监司之法。庚辰，吕惠卿遣兵入西界，破六砦，斩首六百馀级。辛己，遣使以先帝遗留物遗辽国及告即位，甲申，水部员外郎王谔非职言事，坐罚金。丙戌，以蕃官高福战死，录其子孙。丁亥，复蠲旧年逋赋。 |
