63  | 八月癸酉，章敦等进《新修敕令式》。敦读于帝前，其间有元丰所无而用元佑敕令修立者，帝曰：「元佑亦有可取乎？」敦等对曰：「取其善者。」甲戌，太原地震。戊寅，皇子生。辛巳，降德音于诸路：减囚罪一等，流以下释之。乙酉，赐熙河路缗钱百万抚纳部族。丁亥，复修会州。癸巳，太白昼见。瞎徵降。甲午，建葭芦戍为晋宁军。丙申，保宁军节度吕惠卿特授检校司空。 |
