76  | 五月己丑，诏：「昨郁攸为灾，延及太室，罪在朕躬，而二三执政，引咎去职。今宗庙崇成，神御妥安，薛极、郑清之、乔行简并复元官。」辛卯，臣僚言：「积阴霖霪，历夏徂秋，疑必有致咎之徵。比闻蕲州进士冯杰，本儒家，都大坑冶司抑为炉户，诛求日增，杰妻以忧死，其女继之，弟大声因赴诉，死于道路，杰知不免，毒其二子一妾，举火自经而死。民冤至此，岂不上乾阴阳之和？」诏都大坑冶魏岘罢职。癸巳，太白经天，昼见。戊戌，诏今后齐民有罪，监司、守臣毋辄籍没其家，必具闻俟命。 |
