47  | 三月乙巳，禁京西、利州路科役保胜义士。壬子，诏戒饬刑狱官。戊午，殿中侍御史王伯庠请裁定奏荐，诏三省、台谏集议，具条式以闻。诏县令非两任，毋除监察御史；非任守臣，毋除郎官。著为令。丁卯，赐礼部进土萧国梁以下四百九十有三人及第、出身。戊辰，再增诸州军离军添差员阙。辛未，罢洪适右仆射。癸酉，以给事中、权吏部尚书魏杞同知枢密院事兼权参知政事。丁丑，罢和籴。 |
