70  | 时二股河东流及六分，巩等因欲闭断北流，帝意向之。光以为须及八分乃可，仍待其自然，不可施功。王安石曰：「光议事屡不合，今令视河，后必不从其议，是重使不安职也。」庚子，乃独遣茂则。茂则奏：「二股河东倾已及八分，北流止二分。」张巩等亦奏：「丙午，大河东徙，北流浅小。戊申，北流闭。」诏奖谕司马光等，仍赐衣、带、马。 |
