118  | 秋七月乙酉，泗州淮水溢。丙戌，诏淮南、江、浙水灾，差官体量蠲税。戊子，录昭宪皇太后、孝明孝惠孝章淑德皇后家子孙，进秩授官者十有九人。癸巳，诏：「台谏为耳目之官，乃听险陂之人兴造飞语，中伤善良，非忠孝之行也。中书门下其申儆百工，务敦行实，循而弗改者绌之。」八月乙亥，策制举人。丁丑，诏：「诸路刺举之官，未有以考其贤否，比令有司详定厥制，其各务祗新书，以称朕意。仍令考校转运、提刑，课绩院以新定条目施行。」戊寅，诏州县长吏有清白不扰而实惠及民者，令本路监司保荐再任，政迹尤异，当加奖擢。 |
