59  | 五年，河流派别于魏之第六埽，曰二股河，其广二百尺。自二股河行一百三十里，至魏、恩、德、博之境，曰四界首河。七月，都转运使韩贽言：「四界首古大河所经，即《沟洫志》所谓『平原、金堤，开通大河，入笃马河，至海五百馀里』者也。自春以丁壮三千浚之，可一月而毕。支分河流入金、赤河，使其深六尺，为利可必。商胡决河自魏至于恩冀、乾宁入于海，今二股河自魏、恩东至于德、沧入于海，分而为二，则上流不壅，可以无决溢之患。」乃上《四界首二股河图》。七年七月戊辰，河决大名第五埽。 |
