64  | 十一月戊戌，太白昼见。是月，蠲大名府管内今年租十之七。十二月乙巳，占城遣使来贡。乙卯，高丽国遣使来贡。辛酉，诏中外所上书疏及面奏制可者，并下中书、枢密、三司中覆颁行。是岁，洪、吉、江、蕲诸州水，河阳大水。曹、单二州有蝗，不为灾。开封、大名管内及许、沧、单、汝、乾、郑等州，寿安、长安、天兴等二十七县旱。深冀二州、文登牟平两县饥。 |
