41  | 五月丙辰，客星见。戊午，命贫民产子赐义仓米一斛。甲子，金遣完颜宗尹等来贺天申节。六月乙亥朔，日有食之。丁丑，幸秦桧第。乙酉，加桧妻妇子孙官封。丁亥，客星没。秋七月戊申，复置利州铸钱监。戊午，命监司审查县令治状显著及老懦不职者，上其名以为黜陟。蠲庐、光二州上供钱米一年。丁卯，免汀、漳二州秋税及处州三县被水民家紬绢，鄂州旧额绢各一年。己巳，蠲四川转运司积贷常平钱十三万缗。 |
