13  | 六年春正月辛未，蠲贫民户帖钱之半，无物产者悉除之。癸酉，命给事中、中书舍人甄别元佑党籍。乙亥，以内重外轻，命省台、寺监及监司、守令居职及二年者，许更迭出入除擢。丁丑，诏凡入粟补官者，毋授亲民、刑法之职。壬午，赐宗子伯玖名琚，为和州防御使。罢绵州宣抚副使，命吴玠专治兵事。罢御史平反刑狱赏。丙戌，张浚视师荆襄，入辞。己丑，安定郡王令矼薨。庚寅，还预借坊场钱。辛卯，诏监司、帅臣慢令失职者，令张浚黜陟以闻。甲午，振江、湖、福建、浙东饥民，命监司、帅臣分选僚属及提举常平官躬行检察。戊戌，命鬻通直郎、阁门宣赞舍人以下官。 |
