48  | 三月壬寅，木徵、鬼章寇岷州，高遵裕遣包顺等击走之。虑囚，减死罪一等，杖以下释之。癸卯，以旱，避殿减膳。乙巳，白虹贯日。丙午，遣使分行诸路，募武士赴熙河。庚戌，诏熙河死事者家给钱有差。罢两浙增额预置紬绢。令诸路监司察留狱。癸丑，群臣表请复膳，不许。丙辰，辽遣林牙萧禧来言河东疆界，命太常少卿刘忱议之。己未，行方田法。甲子，遣使报聘于辽。乙丑，诏以灾异求直言。 |
