64  | 秋七月甲子，虔州江水溢。戊寅，太白昼见。戊子，分泾原兵为五将。命韩缜如河东割地。八月庚寅朔，日当食，云阴不见。癸巳，募民捕蝗易粟，苗损者偿之，仍复其赋。丙申，遣谢景温等贺辽主生辰、正旦。减官户役钱之半。诏发运司体实淮南、江东、两浙米价，州县所存上供米毋过百万石，减直予民，斗钱勿过八十。庚戌，韩绛罢。发河北、京东兵及监牧卒修都城。丁巳，大阅。 |
