21  | 秋七月癸酉，诏谋杀已伤，案问欲举自首者，从谋杀减二等。乙亥，名秦州新筑大甘谷口砦曰甘谷城。丁丑，诏诸路帅臣、监司及两制、知杂御史已上，各举武勇谋略三班使臣二名。赐布衣王安国进士及第。己卯，群臣三表请上奉元宪道文武仁孝之号，不许。陈升之知枢密院事。给濮州雷泽县尧陵守户。壬午，以恩、冀州河决，赐水死家缗钱及下户粟。甲申，京师地震。乙酉，又震，大雨。辛卯，以河朔地大震，命沿边安抚司及雄州刺史候辽人动息以闻。赐压死者缗钱。京师地再震。壬辰，遣御史中丞滕甫、知制诰吴充安抚河北。癸巳，疏深州溢水。甲午，减河北路囚罪一等。丁酉，赐河北安抚司空名诰敕，募民入粟。己亥，回鹘来贡。 |
