12  | 十一月癸巳，诏按问强盗，欲举自首者毋减。丁酉，祧翼祖，祔神宗于太庙，庙乐曰《大明之舞》。辛丑，减两京、河阳囚罪一等，杖已下释之，民缘山陵役者蠲其赋。己酉，辽遣使贺即位。十二月壬戌，于阗进狮子，诏却之。开经筵，讲《鲁论》，读《三朝宝训》。罢《太学保任同罪法》。丙寅，夏人以其母遗留物、马、白驼来献。辛未，左仆射蔡确、右仆射韩缜并迁秩、加食邑，扬王颢、荆王頵并为太傅。壬申，章敦、司马光等进秩有差。申戌，罢后苑西作院。乙亥，诏执政、侍臣讲读。戊寅，罢增置铸钱监十有四。乙酉，辽遣萧睦等来贺正旦。是岁，日有五色云者六。高丽、大食入贡。 |
