87  | 八月丁未朔，诏明年春有事于汾阴，州府长吏勿以修贡助祭烦民。戊申，陈尧叟为祀汾阴经度制置使。己酉，王旦为祀汾阴大礼使，王钦若为礼仪使。庚戌，诏汾阴路禁弋猎，不得侵占民田，如东封之制。辛亥，以江南旱，诏转运使决狱。壬子，幸元偁宫视疾。升、洪、润州屡火，遣使存抚，祠境内山川。戊午，赐占城国主马及器甲。庚申，幸天驷监，赐从官马。解州池盐不种自生。辛酉，给郓州牧马草地还民。甲子，罢江、淮和籴，所在系囚递减一等，盗谷食者量行论决。丁卯，群臣五表上尊号，不许。戊辰，诏升、洪、扬、庐州长吏兼安抚使。甲戌，以澄州团练使朱能为左龙武军大将军。乙亥，河中府父老千七百人来迎，上劳问之，赐以缗帛。 |
