24  | 四年春正月甲子朔，不受朝，群臣诣阁拜表称贺。己卯，遣使按问西川、岭南、江浙等路刑狱。丙戌，诏：「应行营将士战败溃散者并释不问，缘边城堡备御有劳可纪者所在以闻。瘗暴骸，死事者廪给其家，录死事文武官子孙。蠲河北雍熙三年以前逋租，敌所蹂践者给复三年，军所过二年，馀一年。」二月丙申，以汉南国王钱俶为武胜军节度使，徙封南阳国王。丁酉，缮治河北诸州、军城隍。甲寅，钱俶改封许王。 |
