21  | 冬十月戊午朔，大臣奏金帅书言四事，帝曰：「四州地、岁币可与，名分、归正人不可从。」辛酉，御殿复膳。己巳，遣护圣军戍江南。丙子，诏庆上皇后教旨改称圣旨。立贤妃夏氏为皇后。丁丑，地震。辛巳，升洪州为隆兴府。诏：「江、淮军马调发应援，从都督府取旨，馀事悉以闻。」十一月己丑，卢仲贤自宿州以金都元帅仆散忠义遗三省、枢密院书来。庚子，遣王子望等为金国通问使。辛丑，诏侍从、台谏于后省集议讲和、遣使、礼数、土贡四事，仍各荐可备小使者。丙午，卢仲贤擅许四州，下大理寺，夺三官。召张浚。癸丑，以胡昉、杨由义为使金通问国信所审议官。 |
