20  | 冬十月壬辰，遣郑闻等使金贺正旦。甲午，禁归正人藏匿金人者。乙未，臣僚言：「天下之事，必历而后知，试而后见。为县令者必为丞簿，为郡守者必为通判，为监司者必为郡守，皆有等差。自今职事官及局务官，必任满方许求外，未历亲民任使，即未得拟州郡，且授通判。」诏从之。庚子，蒋芾起复尚书左仆射，陈俊卿右仆射，并同中书门下平章事兼枢密使兼制国用使。甲辰，大阅。己酉，金遣移刺神独斡等来贺会庆节。庚戌，大风。 |
