28  | 十一月壬子朔，以参知政事宋琪、李昉并平章事。癸丑，除川、峡民祖父母父母在别籍异财弃市律。己未，太一宫成。壬申，以翰林学士李穆、吕蒙正、李至并参知政事，枢密直学士张齐贤、王沔并同签署枢密院事。庚辰，置侍读官。十二月壬午朔，诏绥、银、夏等州官吏招诱没界外民归业，仍给复三年。丁亥，赐河北、河东缘边戍卒襦，京城诸军米。淮海国王钱俶三上表乞解兵马大元帅、国王、尚书中书令、太师等官。罢元帅名，馀不许。西人寇宥州，巡检使李谒击走之。是月，醴泉县水中草变为稻。滑州河决。 |
