| 29 | 五年，置提举修系永桥所。六月癸丑，降德音于河北、京东、京西路，其略曰：「凿山酾渠，循九河既道之迹；为梁跨趾，成万世永赖之功。役不逾时，虑无愆素。人绝往来之阻，地无南北之殊。灵祗怀柔，黎庶呼舞。眷言朔野，爰暨近畿，畚锸繁兴，薪刍转徙，民亦劳止，朕甚悯之。宜推在宥之恩，仍广蠲除之惠。应开河官吏，令提举所具功力等第闻奏。」又诏：「居山至大伾山浮桥属浚州者，赐名天成桥；大伾山至汶子山浮桥属滑州者，赐名荣光桥。」俄改荣光曰圣功。七月庚辰，御制桥名，磨崖以刻之。方河之开也，水流虽通，然湍激猛暴，遇山稍隘，往往泛溢，近砦民夫多被漂溺，因亦及通利军，其后遂注成巨泺云。是月，昌龄迁工部侍郎。 |
