| 17 | 闰十一月，诏曰：「朕闻古者作乐，本以荐上帝、配祖考，三、五之盛，不相沿袭，然必太平，始克明备。周武受命，至成王时始大合乐；汉初亦沿旧乐，至武帝时始定泰一、后土乐诗；光武中兴，至明帝时始改「大予」之名；唐高祖造邦，至太宗时孝孙、文收始定钟律，明皇方成唐乐。是知经启善述，礼乐重事，须三四世，声文乃定。 |
