199  | 郭朴，字质夫，安阳人。嘉靖乙未进士。殿试竒其策，改庻吉士，授编修，居史职、三典试事。歴升礼部尚书，加太子少保。特简吏部掌铨，一秉至公，爱惜人才，不以一𤯝细过弃之。进武英殿大学士。在相位，以大权归朝廷，以职守还百司，挈纲敦要，隆庆初政，一时称治，乞终养。疏九上，始得温㫖，乘传归林。居三十载，遣使存问廪米，舆𨽻有加。年八十三卒，赠太傅，諡文简。所著有《学约》及《四思四畏箴》。袁和，字节吾，安阳人。万厯壬辰进士。初任长垣知县，一意振刷，奸宄立清，巨猾瞿耀等为之远遁。升户部主事，管太仓银库。时值承平胥役，每上下其手，和稽核惟严，无所容其侵渔。升右叅，议兵备道，饬兵练士，以忧去任。 |
