86  | 乙未原文误乙巳，上召廷臣于平台，问「插汉近状若何」？来宗道曰：『插出口，近已解严』。因许发帑十万；户部侍郎王家桢曰：『已给八万矣』。上责家桢不为预备。又以刑科给事中薛国观疏营伍之弊，令自宣读；至「关门虚冒」，上称善，复以其疏示诸臣。召兵部，问插汉状；王在晋对曰：『插已退矣』。上问「何以即退」？刘鸿训曰：『寇志流掠，顿兵坚城之下，知其不久』。上是之。召提督京营保定侯梁世勋，戒以训练。谕科、道以「民为邦本」；复出御批文册，令遍阅。 |
