47  | 夏四月壬辰，恭亲王奕欣薨，辍朝五日，素服十五日，临邸赐奠。懿旨特谥曰忠。守卫园寝增设丁户，每祭祀官经理之。孙贝勒溥伟袭。甲午，懿旨，恭忠亲王功在社稷，应配飨太庙。诏中外臣工当法恭忠亲王，各摅忠悃，共济时艰。己亥，授荣禄为文渊阁大学士，刚毅为兵部尚书协办大学士。乙巳，诏定国是，谕：「中外大小诸臣，自王公至于士庶，各宜发愤为雄。以圣贤义理之学植其根本，兼博采西学之切时势者，实力讲求，以成通达济变之才。京师大学堂为行省倡，尤应首先举办。军机大臣、王大臣妥速会议以闻。」丙午，诏各省立商务局。赐夏同和等三百四十二人进士及第出身有差。己酉，翁同和罢。选派宗室王公出洋游历。近支王、贝勒等，上亲察之；公以下及闲散人员，由宗人府保荐。召王文韶来京。裁督办军务处。庚戌，召见工部主事康有为，命充总理各国事务衙门章京。辛亥，前藏达赖喇嘛贡方物。 |
