88  | 夏四月丁酉，赏在京王公百官半俸，旗、绿营兵丁一月钱粮。辛丑，命马玉昆剿近畿馀匪，瞿鸿禨在军机大臣上学习行走。丁未，命瞿鸿禨兼政务处大臣。己酉，赈直隶旱灾。壬子，诏开经济特科，命中外举堪与试者。免各省例贡，除茶叶药材及关祭品者，一切食物悉罢之。癸丑，命载沣充德国专使大臣。庚申，诏从各国议，停顺天、奉天、黑龙江、直隶、山西、河南、陜西、浙江、江西、湖南诸省考试五年。壬戌，命张百熙等修京师跸路。癸亥，停吉林今岁贡。 |
