121  | 二月甲寅，直、鲁流民纷集京师，谕有司抚恤。戊午，山东河决历城，齐河诸县民垫坏，命游百川等赈抚灾民。己未，先是马兰镇总兵景瑞修缮营房，为营兵匿控，总兵桂昂请兵激变，遣伯彦讷谟祜、阎敬铭查办。至是覆陈，褫景瑞职，桂昂寻并褫职。禁各省酷吏非刑。命广西布政使徐延旭出关筹防。戊辰，福建按察使张梦元督办福建船政。癸酉，高州都司莫毓林聚乱，伏诛。庚辰，刑部言河南胡体洝一狱，原谳舛误，覆审回护。诏褫巡抚李鹤年、河东河道总督梅启照职，原审官谴戍有差。 |
