54  | 秋七月辛丑，加封和硕德豫亲王多铎为辅政叔德豫亲王。癸卯，建射殿于左翼门外。甲辰，免徐州上年荒赋。己酉，封敖汉部额驸班第子墨尔根巴图鲁为多罗郡王。癸丑，以申朝纪为宣大总督。丁巳，郧阳贼王光代用永历年号，聚众作乱，命侍郎喀喀木等剿之。戊午，改马国柱为江南江西河南总督。甲子，诏曰：「中原底定，声教遐敷。惟粤东尚为唐藩所阻，岭海怨咨，已非一日。用移南伐之师，席卷惠、潮，遂达省会。念尔官民，初非后至，一切罪犯，咸赦除之。逋赋横徵，概与豁免。民年七十以上，加锡粟帛。所在节孝者旌，山林有才德者录用。南海诸国能乡化者，待之如朝鲜。」丙寅，以祝世昌为山西巡抚。丁卯，上幸边外阅武。是日，驻沙河。 |
