9  | 八月己丑，万寿节，上诣皇太后宫行礼。御正大光明殿，王以下文武各官，蒙古王公、外藩使臣等行庆贺礼，停筵宴。辛卯，晋长龄太傅。乙未，松筠病免，调穆彰阿兵部尚书，富俊工部尚书。以博启图为理藩院尚书。辛丑，暹罗国王遣贡使载内地遭风官民回广东，温谕奖赉之。癸卯，以保昌为热河都统。以吴荣光为湖南巡抚。是月，给江苏甘泉等十一州县、湖北江夏等十六州县、江西德化等二十县水灾口粮籽种。贷江南江宁驻防及溧阳营兵米。 |
