48  | 四年春正月壬申，命停今岁木兰秋獮。癸酉，享太庙，命皇子奕纬代行礼。癸未，拨户部银八万两贷直隶贫民口粮。是月，赈直隶通州等三十八州县上年雹灾，河南武陟县、浚县旱灾各一月。给江苏太仓等三十州县卫，安徽无为等十七州县卫，浙江海宁等十二州县、横浦等四场，两淮安丰等九场水灾，山东临清等五州县雹灾一月口粮。贷河南武陟等十二县上年水灾籽种口粮仓谷，江西德化等十四县、湖北黄梅等三县及各屯卫、湖南澧州等四州县、甘肃秦州等十州县、齐齐哈尔等三城被灾军民籽种口粮，江苏泰兴营兵丁两月钱粮。 |
