62  | 八月甲子，以皇太后六旬万寿，普免各省逋赋。庚辰，谕：「科道中冯赞勋、金应麟、黄爵滋、曾望颜擢任京卿，所以广开忠谏，务当不避嫌怨，于民生国计用人行政阙失，仍随时据实直陈，以资采纳。」两广总督卢坤卒，以邓廷桢为两广总督，祁𡎴署，色卜星额为安徽巡抚。甲申，上谒西陵。是日，移孝慎皇后梓宫由田村启行，免经过地方额赋十之五。是月，给陜西府谷县雹灾口粮。 |
