160  | 三十三年甲戌春正月乙卯，盛京歉收，命马齐驰往，以仓谷支给兵丁，海运山东仓谷济民食。丙辰，召见河道总督于成龙，问曰：「尔前言减水坝不宜开，靳辅糜费钱粮，今竟何如？」成龙曰：「臣前诚妄言。今所办皆照靳辅而行。」上曰：「然则尔所言之非，靳辅所行之是，何以不明白陈奏，尚留待排陷耶？」因谕大学士曰：「于成龙前奏靳辅未曾种柳河堤，朕南巡时，指河干之柳问之，无辞以对。又奏靳辅放水淹民田，朕复至其地观之，断不至淹害麦田。而王骘、董讷等亦附和于成龙言之。」下部议，将于成龙革职枷责。上曰：「伊经手之工未完，应革职留任。」王骘休致，董讷革职。 |
