107  | 六月丁卯，诏曰：「朕夙夜求治，念切民依。迩年水旱频仍，盗贼未息，兼以贪吏朘削，民力益占，朕甚悯焉。部院科道诸臣，其以民间疾苦，作何裨益，各抒所见以闻。」戊辰，敕改造观象台仪器。壬申，诏复辅臣苏克萨哈官及世职，其从子白尔图立功边徼，被枉尤酷，复其世职，均令其子承袭。戊寅，诏满兵有规占民间房地者，永行禁止，仍还诸民。以米思翰为户部尚书。戊子，诏宗人有罪，遽绝属籍，心有不忍。自顺治十八年以来，宗人削籍者，宗人府详察以闻。 |
