128  | 冬十月丙辰，诏免台湾五十一年应徵稻谷。贝和诺免，以嵩祝为礼部尚书。戊午，诏前旨普免天下钱粮，五十一年轮及山西、河南、陜西、甘肃、湖北、湖南六省，地丁钱粮及逋欠俱行蠲免。庚午，以硕鼐为满洲都统，瑚世巴、马尔赛为蒙古都统。戊寅，免朝鲜白金豹皮岁贡。庚辰，诏举孝义。辛巳，命张鹏翮置狱扬州，按江南科场案。壬午，鄂缮、耿额、齐世武、悟礼等有罪，褫职拘禁。赵申乔疏劾新科编修戴名世恃才放荡，语多悖逆，下部严审。 |
