59  | 八月庚子，以议抚贻误，褫恩麟职，戍成瑞黑龙江。祁寯藻致仕。粤、捻各逆窜皖、豫境。壬寅，设机器局于上海。癸卯，回匪犯巴里坤，讷尔济击走之。文麟军于奎苏失利。甲辰，里塘夷务竣。予四川总督骆秉章假，命崇实署之。严谕麟兴亲勘唐努乌梁海立界。乙巳，命左宗棠驻粤，节制赣、粤、闽三省各军。丙午，命曾国藩进驻许州，会剿豫捻。辛亥，令伊犁捕诛从逆官兵。予剿贼出力额鲁特总管蒙库巴雅尔等奖叙有差。癸酉，褫玉明职。郭嵩焘请开缺，以语多负气，严饬之。减江西丁漕浮收。裁州县捐摊繁费。粤酋汪海洋杀李世贤。乙卯，粤匪陷广东长乐。英、法还天津海口炮台。丙辰，都兴阿辞督办军务，不许。丁巳，谕李鸿章等妥议江北新漕河海并运。庚申，苏、松、杭、嘉、湖属水，赈恤之。予龙溪乡团殉难男妇建祠，赐名忠义乡。辛酉，谕崇实等查办酉阳教案。 |
