74  | 冬十月辛卯，命刘长佑严核畿辅兵额。癸巳，张总愚由陜州窜平陆，官军击退之。乙未，命沈葆桢总司福建船政事务。命刘典帮办左宗棠军务。己亥，张总愚西窜，陷华阴、渭南。甘回窜宜君、三水。诏责曾国藩任贼蔓延。辛丑，允李鸿藻病假。命富明阿办吉林善后事宜，汪元方为军机大臣。壬寅，黔回陷兴义，旋复之，并复安平、镇宁。乙巳，曾国藩乞病，请开各缺，在营效力，并注销侯爵，谕慰之，命病痊陛见。谕穆图善援应陜西。丙午，修海宁石塘。是月，免安徽、寿州等州县被水新旧额赋。 |
