33  | 夏四月壬午，常雩，祀天于圜丘，恭奉宣宗成皇帝配享。甲申，府尹王庆云疏陈河东盐务，永禁签商，可募钜款。下部议行。丙戌，上谒慕陵，行释服礼。命徐广缙为钦差大臣，接办广西军务。辛卯，程矞采奏郴州匪徒刘代伟作乱，参将积拉明捕诛之。癸巳，常大淳奏，盐枭拒捕，戕毙副将张蕙、知县德成，经提督善禄、知府毕承昭派兵攻击，斩擒百馀，馀匪逃散。予张蕙、德成世职。太仆寺少卿徐继畲疏陈释服之后，宜防三渐：一、土木之渐，一、宴安之渐，一、壅蔽之渐。得旨：「置诸座右，时时省览。」己亥，减乾隆朝所增名粮兵六万六千馀名。庚子，程矞采奏，洪秀全扑全州，进扑永州，分股窜永福、义宁，檄提督鲍起豹、刘长清分御之，并咨照赛尚阿一同堵御。辛丑，特登额免，以桂良为兵部尚书。乙巳，赐章鋆等二百三十九人进士及第出身有差。琦善遣戍吉林。丙午，邹鸣鹤以留兵守城，不令追贼，夺职。以劳崇光为广西巡抚。己酉，命截留漕米六十万石，分运江苏、山东备赈。 |
