14  | 秋七月丁亥，考定历法，为时宪历。戊子，巴哈纳、石廷柱会叶臣军定山西。壬辰，以吴孳昌为宣大山西总督，方大猷为山东巡抚。癸巳，以迁都祭告上帝、陵庙。丁酉，故明德王朱由縢降。时故明福王朱由崧即位江南，改元弘光，以史可法为大学士，驻扬州督师，总兵刘泽清、刘良佐、黄得功、高杰分守江北。己亥，山东巡按朱朗鑅启新补官吏仍以纱帽圆领临民莅事。睿亲王多尔衮谕：「军事方殷，衣冠礼乐未遑制定。近简各官，姑依明式。」庚子，设故明长陵以下十四陵官吏。辛丑，免盛京满、汉额输粮草布疋。壬寅，大赦，除正额外一切加派。癸卯，罢内监徵收涿州、宝坻皇庄税粮。甲辰，以杨方兴为河南总督，马国柱为山西巡抚，陈锦为登莱巡抚。免山东税，如河北例。壬子，睿亲王以书致史可法，劝其主削号归藩。可法答书不屈。以王文奎为保定巡抚，罗绣锦为河南巡抚。裁六部蒙古侍郎。癸丑，雨雹。是月，建乾清宫。 |
