45  | 二月癸亥，朝日于东郊。丙寅，谕曰：「言官为耳目之司，朕屡求直言，期遇綦切。乃每阅章奏，实心为国者少，比党徇私者多，朕甚不取。其涤肺肠以新政治。」以金之俊为国史院大学士。庚午，甄别直省督抚，黜陟有差。丙子，始耕耤田。戊寅，免江西缺额丁赋。辛巳，命尚可喜专镇广东，耿继茂移驻桂林。壬午，以马鸣佩为宣大山西总督，耿焞为山东巡抚，陈应泰为山西巡抚，林天擎为湖广巡抚，黄图安为宁夏巡抚。癸未，官军复平远县。甲申，谕曰：「比年以来，军兴未息，供亿孔殷，益以水旱，小民艰食，有司失于拊循，流离载道。朕心恻然，不遑寝处。即核库储，亟图赈抚。」己丑，免河南州县卫所十年灾赋。庚寅，以李荫祖为直隶山东河南总督。 |
