33  | 夏四月丁酉，亲试翰林官成克巩等。庚子，御太和殿，召见朝觐官，谕遣之。谕曰：「国家官人，内任者习知纪纲，外任者谙于民俗，内外★历，方见真才。今亲试词臣，其未留任者，量予改授，照词臣外转旧例，优予司、道各官。」始谕吏部、都察院举京察。甲辰，免湖南六年至九年逋赋、山西夏县荒赋。丙午，以佟国器为福建巡抚。丁未，以图海为弘文院大学士。壬子，以旱，下诏求直言，省刑狱。甲寅，命提学御史、提学道清厘学政。定学额，禁冒滥。改折民间充解物料，行一条鞭法。丁巳，定满官离任持服三年例。己未，以成克巩为吏部尚书。癸亥，免福州等六府九年以前荒赋三之一。 |
