34  | 五月甲戌，停御史巡按直省。免祥符等七县九年灾赋，沔阳、潜江、景陵八年灾赋。乙亥，封郑芝龙为同安侯，子成功为海澄公，弟鸿逵为奉化伯。以喀喀木为靖南将军，徵广东馀寇。免历城等六十九州县八、九年灾赋。丁丑，定旌表宗室节孝贞烈例。己卯，诏曰：「天下初定，疮痍未复，频年水旱，民不聊生，饥寒切身，迫而为盗。魁恶虽多，岂无冤滥，胁从沈陷，自拔无门。念此人民，谁非赤子，摧残极易，生聚綦难，概行诛锄，深可悯恻。兹降殊恩，曲从宽宥，果能改悔，咸与自新。所在官司，妥为安插，兵仍补伍，民即归农，不原还乡，听其居位，勿令失所。咸使闻知。」庚辰，定热审例。乙酉，追封舒尔哈齐为和硕亲王，额尔衮、界堪、雅尔哈齐、祜塞为多罗郡王。免武昌、汉阳、黄州、安陆、德安、荆州、岳州九年灾赋。庚寅，加洪承畴太保，经略湖广、广东、广西、云南、贵州。壬辰，以张秉贞为刑部尚书。甲午，免霸、保定等三十一州县九年灾赋。 |
