3  | 二月癸卯，授巴里坤办事大臣和起钦差大臣关防。戊申，以杨廷璋为浙江巡抚。辛亥，上启跸谒孔林。以策楞奏报获阿睦尔撒纳，命改谒泰陵。甲寅，上谒泰陵。免直隶、山东经过州县钱粮十分之三，歉收地方免十分之五。乙卯，上幸山东，诣孔林。免山东海丰等三县潮灾额赋。壬辰，赈山东兰山等州县水灾。癸亥，赈浙江仁和等十五州县场水灾。甲子，工部尚书卫哲治病免，以赵弘恩代之。策楞以误传获阿睦尔撒纳奏闻。丁卯，命萨喇勒以副将军驻特讷格尔。戊辰，授硕色为湖广总督，郭一裕为云南巡抚。 |
