115  | 夏四月辛卯，台湾彰化匪徒陈周全等作乱，陷县城，寻复之。癸巳，窦光鼐以会试衡文失当，降调。以朱圭为左都御史，仍留广东巡抚任。己亥，以魁伦劾洋盗肆行，命浦霖来京候旨，调姚棻为福建巡抚，以魁伦署之，江兰为云南巡抚。庚子，赐王以衔等一百十一人进士及第出身有差。癸卯，赏会试荐卷文理较优之举人徐炘、傅淦、李端内阁中书。戊申，上诣广润祠祈雨。是夜，雨。丁未，免贵州官兵经过地方本年额赋有差。福康安等奏克黄瓜寨。己酉，以福宁、惠龄经理湖南军务未竣，命苏凌阿仍署两江总督，费淳为安徽巡抚。庚戌，免福建龙溪等四县上年水灾额赋有差。匪首陈周全等伏诛。 |
